Join us in our Rebel HQ in Hove to learn the skills of making your very own salami.
We will take you through the entire process from pork butchery, mincing, filling, fermentation and drying. Not only this but you'll have your very own salami (approx 1kg) shipped to you to show off to your friends!
The course is approximately four hours long in maximum groups of six.
Plenty of coffee, tea and house kombucha on offer to keep you refreshed.
