With the ever changing Covid restrictions affecting our industry we’ve tried to lay out some time saving solutions for you and provide you with your last order deadlines so that you can plan ahead. Our full Smoked Salmon pre order details are listed below, along with some pre sliced pack salami suggestions stock to quickly fill your shelves and a very special Saddleback treat! Please take a moment to read so that you are up to date with our systems and delivery dates!

- We’re taking pre orders for your Christmas Smoked Salmon. Get in touch asap to place your orders
- We require all pre orders of Smoked salmon full sides, half sides and sliced by 12pm Tuesday 14th December to guarantee your delivery in time for Christmas. LOCAL DELIVERY of these orders will take place on Monday 21st December and NATIONAL COURIER delivery will be dispatched across the 21st & 22nd with a Next Day delivery service. 
- If you require Smoked Salmon sooner than the dates above, please let us know so that we can prepare
- If you miss our pre order deadlines or require further stock, we will be carrying limited supplies for you to order after 14th December
- If ordering after the 14th and you’re in our LOCAL DELIVERY area, your last order day will be 21st December for deliveries 22nd/23rd
- If ordering after the 14th, using our NATIONAL COURIER SERVICE, your last order day to order will be 19th December for deliveries 22nd/23rd
- We’ve got a great stock of sliced pack salamis if you’re looking to create multi buy offers and hampers for your customers
- A new special 130g sliced pack is available for order - This is based on our award winning Hunter salami but using woodland bred saddleback pigs from Pickeridge farm near Ardingly. The pigs are naturally fattier which creates a unctuous buttery finish to the salami - a real treat.
