DETAILS: Our version of the Mallorcan spreadable chorizo. Free Range pork aromatically spiced with Spanish pimento.

TASTING NOTES:  A creamy texture spreadable cure, fruity notes with very light spices. Similar to a classic Nduja but without the spicy heat.
