We source our salmon from Wester Ross in the rugged north west of Scotland. Founded in 1977 Wester Ross fisheries is the oldest independant, owner-operated salmon farm in Scotland. Entirely hand reared with room to grow, without antibiotics and growth promoters, RSPCA assured and fed on a specifically developed, responsibly sourced diet.

The fish are delivered to us  24 hours of harvesting. We then cure the salmon in a  simple blend of salts, sugars and spices,  and then gently  smoked over oak. 

We then hand slice into 100% compostable, bio degradable and ocean friendly packaging. This finely tuned process has meant we are able to produce the freshest tasting smoked salmon, rich in umami, vitamins and omega oils.
