Frequently Asked Questions

About Curing Rebels

Where are your products made?
Everything we make comes out of our dockside HQ in Brighton, UK. Our team, butcher, ferment, cure and smoke on-site using high-welfare British meat and responsibly sourced fish.

What makes you different?
We don’t follow the rulebook. Curing Rebels is built on flavour, ethics and craft — not shortcuts. Every product is made in small batches with the care and curiosity of a kitchen, not a factory.
