Join the Rebels at our Dockside HQ in Brighton for a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn the art of curing and fermenting from the people who live and breathe it.
Our workshops make a brilliant gift for any food lover — or a great way to treat yourself. You’ll get properly stuck in, crafting your own salami from scratch using the same high-welfare, free-range meat we use in our award-winning range. Once your salami has been perfectly cured, we’ll ship it to you a few weeks later to enjoy at home.
It’s the perfect day to learn something new, meet like-minded food obsessives, and have a laugh along the way.
