Shipping policy

We always strive to find the best delivery solution available, ensuring that you receive your products in the best possible condition. We carefully select the optimum method of shipping, subject to what we are sending. We are currently shipping most of our orders via DPD, Royal mail, DHL and Hermes subject to parcel size, content and delivery location. Although we aim to have your parcel with you within 2-3 working days (often its next day), please allow up to five working days for your delivery. 

Please note that chilled items such as smoked salmon require special overnight delivery and may include a surcharge. Price will be confirmed at checkout.

Free collection - Tuesday to Friday 9am-5pm. Please allow 24 hours notice for us to complete your order.

CHRISTMAS PRE ORDERS

2021 Christmas pre orders are now open. To arrange a Christmas pre order please click the box on the cart page and if required leave any essential shipping notes and ideal delivery dates you would like your order delivered. We have selected 20th December as this years key shipping date with a view of shipping your order via a 24 shipping service for you to receive 21st December (please allow three days) .
