We work with the best out door reared farms who specialise in ex-breed sow and retired dairy cows to ensure the best welfare and quality levels. The result: quality charcuterie with an abundance of fat intensifying the flavours across all of our cures.

We are continuously looking for smarter positive packing solutions with a goal two make all of packgingfully home recyclable by 2030.
