FATTO x CURING REBELS

 
Set up in 2021 by Richard Cossins, Joe Otway and Daniel Craig Martin along with Chris Ditch (previously of Noma, Where The Light Gets In, Relae, Blue Hill). Flawd has a focus on great wines and seasonal produce, most coming from their own farm - Cinder Market Garden. Based canal-side in Ancoats, Manchester - its now run by the awesome duo of Seri Nam and Meg Saoirse. 
 
What can you expect at Flawd? Low intervention wines by the glass and bottles to take away, incredible - fresh and tasty small plates perfect for sharing, and of course - Curing Rebels charcuterie plates. Keep an eye out on their socials and newsletters too for events such as Jazz nights and guest chefs. We previously joined forces with them on a Flawd x Rebel menu spending the weekend up there with them, it was great!  
 
We love working with the team at Flawd — they share our passion for high-welfare, seriously good food, and bringing people together over a good plate (and maybe a glass or two).
 
The Manchester food scene is incredible at the moment, its worth a weekend away for sure. Get out there, say hi, and tell them the Rebels sent you.
