Come and learn the secrets of the British charcuterie scene with Team Rebel. If you have an interest in salami making you've come to the right place. Progressive, multi award winning techniques, expert knowledge and high welfare practices will be shared with you as we guide you through the dark arts of ethical charcuterie making. 

Join us in at Rebel HQ in Hove to learn the skills of making your very own salami.  Enjoy a tour around our production space and be guided by our head producers as you learn the critical details of our practice. 

We will take you through the entire salami making process covering pork butchery, mincing, filling, fermentation and drying. You'll complete your visit having made your very own salami (approx 1kg) which after the curing process we'll ship direct to your door (roughly six weeks later). 

The course is approximately three hours long with a maximum capacity of five.

Plenty of coffee, tea and house kombucha on offer to keep you refreshed along with REBEL salami snacks throughout!

BOOKING PROCESS

By purchasing this product, you are committing to a voucher that can be used against one place on one workshop at our HQ in Hove, East Sussex. Your voucher has a 2 year validation period from purchase date. Within 48 hours of your purchase you will receive an email with a unique voucher code, we will also issue a gift card to the purchaser who can then forward onto the recipient.

Once our workshops are live, you will receive an email notification to advise that workshops spaces are available for booking. Once you have been notified of live workshops please email us at info@curingrebels.com with your requested date and we will do our very best to accommodate.

Spaces on workshops are limited and once full we cannot allow further participants. 

Also note, once your workshop date is booked we have a minimum two week cancellation period prior to the event.
