Come and learn the secrets of the British charcuterie scene with Team Rebel. Progressive, multi award winning techniques, expert knowledge and high welfare practices will be shared with you as we guide you through the dark arts of ethical charcuterie making.
Join us in at Curing Rebels HQ in Hove to learn the skills of making your very own salami. Enjoy a tour around our production space and be guided by our head producers as you learn the critical details of our practice.
We will take you through the entire salami making process covering pork butchery, mincing, filling, fermentation and drying. You'll complete your visit having made your very own salami which after the curing process we'll ship direct to your door (roughly six weeks later).
The course is approximately three hours long with a maximum capacity of five.
Plenty of coffee, tea and drinks on offer to keep you refreshed along with Rebel snacks throughout.

BOOKING PROCESS
This product is valid for 1 x salami workshop at our HQ in Hove, East Sussex. You will also receive a branded gift box with the voucher which can be sent to you or directly to the recipient.
Once purchased, you will receive booking confirmation with further details regarding the day.
Spaces on workshops are limited and once full we cannot allow further participants.
