We hand craft artisan salami, dry aged ham, British pepperoni, beer sticks and smoked salmon using traditional curing, fermentation and smoking techniques. Our products are made using high-welfare British pork, carefully sourced ingredients and slow, traditional processes that deliver deep flavour and exceptional quality.
Founded in Brighton in 2020 by chefs with over 80 years of combined kitchen experience, Curing Rebels was created to challenge the emerging British charcuterie scene and produce ethical, sustainable charcuterie with a rebellious edge.
Today we supply restaurants, wine bars, delis, pizza kitchens and food lovers across the UK.

Every delivery of meat is checked on arrival and pH tested to ensure the highest quality and animal welfare standards. If it does not meet our expectations, we simply do not use it.

Our charcuterie is made using traditional European curing techniques, adapted with our own rebellious approach.
At our Brighton smokehouse and curing rooms we:
