DETAILS: Aged for over 4 months, we take the love of pork and seafood creating Curing Rebels Pirata. Cured in paprika, garlic and cuttlefish ink, an excellent layer of top fat offers a creamy texture, with subtle salt crystals and a good hit of garlic.
