We use Wester Ross salmon, delivered fresh to us from Scotland. Smoked by the sea over chamomile, delicately cured with juniper, Tellicherry pepper & citrus then sliced D cut by hand allowing you to appreciate the true texture and taste of the quality of salmon.

1/2 Side belly fillet - Approx 450-500g - D cut sliced - feeds 6-8 as a
starter.
Whole side - Approx 900g-1kg - D cut sliced - Feeds 12-14 as a starter.
Approximately 18 days shelf life minimum, Please use within 5 days of opening, best served at room temp.
