Pancetta

Cured in a blend of herbs and spices and smoked for four days over oak & hickory wood. Our pancetta made from British free range pigs and is dry aged for over three months. UK Charcuterie Board one rosette award winner.

2 month shelf life. Use within five days of opening. Best served at room temp for maximum flavour experience.
