Come and learn the secrets of the British charcuterie scene with Team Rebel. Progressive, multi award winning techniques, expert knowledge and high welfare practices will be shared with you as we guide you through the dark arts of ethical charcuterie making. 

Join us in at Curing Rebels HQ in Hove to learn the skills of making your very own salami.  Enjoy a tour around our production space and be guided by our head producers as you learn the critical details of our practice. 

We will take you through the entire salami making process covering pork butchery, mincing, filling, fermentation and drying. You'll complete your visit having made your very own salami which after the curing process we'll ship direct to your door (roughly six weeks later). 

The course is approximately three hours long with a maximum capacity of Six.

Plenty of coffee, tea and drinks on offer to keep you refreshed along with Rebel snacks throughout.

BOOKING PROCESS

This is a voucher for 1 x workshop at our HQ in Hove, East Sussex. Valid for 2 years after purchase. 

Within 48 hours of your purchase you will receive an email with a unique voucher code that is needed for booking. You will also receive 1 x branded gift box, voucher and a packet of our Brighton Salami which can be sent to you or directly to the recipient. 

Once our workshops are live, you will receive an email with the availability for booking. You can also check out the website for available dates. If there are no dates suitable, please get in touch and we will do our best to accomodate. Email info@curingrebels.com.

Spaces on workshops are limited and once full we cannot allow further participants. 

Also note, once your workshop date is booked we have a minimum two week cancellation period prior to the event.
