Our smoked salmon, salmon pastrami, and smoked salmon pâté are crafted using the finest quality Wester Ross salmon— responsibly farmed in the pristine waters of the Scottish Highlands, where welfare and sustainability come first.
Traditionally cured and gently smoked by hand at our smokehouse - allowing the flavour of the salmon to shine through.
We hand-slice each fillet D-cut style, ensuring perfect texture and melt-in-the-mouth slices — the mark of true artisan craftsmanship.
