Storage and shelf life:
Once received store in a cool dry place. Our charcuterie has a shelf life of 2 months unopened. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 5 days.
Shipping: We will ship your order within two days of ordering (excludes weekends). For Christmas pre-orders, add a note in the cart at checkout. All our pre-orders will be shipped the week of 18th December.
All of our products are handmade at our HQ in Brighton. At peaks times, some products may be substituted for an alternative salami of the same weight and monetary value.
